About the Event
Designed to improve overall athletic performance. Campers will engage in drills and games that are fun and exciting all while obtaining the movement skills needed to excel in their sport. Speed & power will also be a main objective and will be developed via the use of max velocity sprinting along with various jumps and med ball throws.
