These sessions will include strength training, speed and power development, athletic assessments, and injury prevention.

  • Boys Middle School Training

    This is for the month of June sessions for Boys Middle School Summer Training. Sessions will be Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 6:30 pm. from June 5th - June 29th. There is a $25 non-refundable fee for cancellation. Any cancellation made after training begins is not eligible for a refund.
