PCHS Youth Baseball Camp

What:  The PCHS Baseball Coaching Staff and PCHS players will be conducting instruction for young ball players grades 2-8. Participants will go through fun drills and games run by the PCHS Coaching Staff. Our goal is to provide baseball instruction to the area youth while creating a fun environment!

 

Registration Details:

All registration forms and camp fees are due prior to the camp. We will NOT accept walk-ups on the day of the camp. Registration for t-shirts must be completed by May 30th  for the 1st camp, and July 1st for the 2nd camp, to guarantee camp t-shirt. Please complete your registration by submitting this form via email to Coach Andrzejewski (andrzejewskib@manateeschools.net) or by sending it in to the schools address 7505 Fort Hamer Rd Parrish, FL 34219 ATTN: Brett Andrzejewski. All participants MUST HAVE this form signed in order to participate in camp.

Payments: The cost for each camp is $125. Payments may be made on this website, or you may pay by cash or check (made out to PCHS Baseball) sent to PCHS along with your registration.

Permission Slip: Must be signed and completed. Permission forms may be downloaded from the Baseball Camp Page.
